Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of KnightSense ("the Service"), operated by Reckoned Force LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

KnightSense is an AI-powered conversation assistant that provides real-time analysis, transcription, and coaching insights during conversations. The Service is available via mobile applications (Android and iOS), web application, and compatible smart glasses devices.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using a supported sign-in method (Google, Microsoft, Apple, or email). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Record or analyze conversations without the knowledge and consent of all participants, where required by applicable law
  • Use the Service to violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, or intimidate any person
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
  • Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
  • Use the Service to generate, store, or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, or objectionable

4. Recording and Consent Laws

IMPORTANT: Many jurisdictions require all-party consent before recording conversations. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the recording and wiretapping laws applicable in your jurisdiction. We do not provide legal advice regarding recording consent requirements. The Service is designed as a real-time assistant and does not store audio recordings — only text transcriptions — but you must still comply with all applicable laws.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

The Service offers Free, Pro, and Elite subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the app or website. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided in accordance with the refund policies of the applicable app store (Apple App Store, Google Play) or Stripe for web purchases.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze conversations and generate insights, suggestions, and summaries. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. Specifically:

  • Medical Mode: Not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • Negotiation/Sales Modes: Suggestions are general in nature and not legal or financial advice
  • Language Mode: Translations may contain errors and should not be relied upon for critical communications
  • Interview Mode: Coaching suggestions are general guidance, not guarantees of outcomes

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data including conversation transcriptions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by Reckoned Force LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your conversation data and transcriptions. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RECKONED FORCE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though we may retain certain data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
